Clarity Studio Access
As you enter the building at 12 Molasses Row you will find the Studio on the ground floor.
The Studio will be ready for you to enter at the start of your hire time, we ask that you vacate on time to allow the room to be set up ready for the next user.

Clarity Studio
Class, Workshop and Event Space
The Clarity Studio comes with air conditioning units for optimal temperature control, a speaker system, professional lighting, entrance at 12 Molasses Row, bathrooms and use of our drinks station.
This room is suitable for in person and online classes, workshops and events.
We have ensured a Covid-19 secure space and have policies in place to enable hirers to offer their services in a safe way.
If you're interested in hosting pre recorded or live online classes please reach out. We have some equipment which can make it much easier for you.
You can hire the space for weekly classes with a minimum of 1.5 hours of hire (4 consecutive week minimum). Or you can book the space on an ad hoc basis for a minimum of 2 hours. We have great discounts for full day and weekly hire. Check out our pricing page for more details.
