As the nights draw in and the leaves turn and fall we can be tempted to shut ourselves in and sit binging the next season on Netflix.

Whilst that sounds like a great evening especially if food and a fluffy blanket involved there's also other ways to spend your nights. How about joining Maya from NAMAYASTE for a yoga class and a delicious home made juice shot?

Classes are every Wednesday evening 6:30pm inside our beautifully refurbished group. studio. Yoga mats and blocks are available for you to use. All you need to do is book online and show up in something comfortable. Take the class to stretch, breath, pose and repeat!
