Psychotherapy is also known as "talking therapy". It's a communication process where a client has a safe space to talk and openly discuss their emotions, thoughts and feelings in a non judgemental environment.

How long is treatment?
There is no set time frame for therapy. Therapy is individual to the client. However, it will start with a consultation. Then the practitioner will discuss a treatment plan individual to your needs.
