Susan Morgan Psychotherapy
Dip. Psych. Mbacp
Using an integrative model allows me to call on various approaches in helping you with the issues you wish to look at. Each client brings to therapy, their own unique set of issues and stories and wounding, I always want this fact to be considered. Being in the therapy room together, you may only want me to listen. Sometimes you will want to resolve a lifetime of issues in one session, whatever you may want, I am available to you in that present moment.
Through psychotherapy I facilitate a space each week, at the same time to begin your exploration to get to know yourself. The essence of working together and getting what you want from psychotherapy is to do with relating together and you being able to trust the process of change and fulfil a commitment to yourself in this self-discovery.
Central to my experience as a psychotherapist, is addiction. I work with all manifestations of addiction such as substance, alcohol, sex and porn, codependence and debting. Addictions can often be outward symptoms of underlying issues, such as depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship breakdown, disconnection and or attachment issues, this can be in the family or intimate relationships.
I can provide both long and short term therapy. Skype sessions can be provided for those who have had six or more face to face sessions.
